Practice practice practice. Do past papers to try and identify the areas you fall down on, I'm sure there are some things you can remember!

Have you spoken to your teacher?
4 weeks is still enough time to revise - just make a timetable and get into routine, do a few past papers to see where your weak areas are and work from there

Forgotten everything?

Calm down...

1. Go to private tutoring.

2. Buy your Book's Revision Guide.

3. 'Steal' friend's notes.

4. Start with BBC for knowledge.

5. I would not say I am not great at science, but I am in top set. So, if any questions, you can send to me. And I will try answering?

I am doing AQA 1/2 Level Certificate with a predicted grade of A*.

Most of all, calm down. There is nothing to be gained through worrying. Don't learn it the hard way.
