Customer perceptions when staying at a budget hotel

Done, though for Q10 I'd edit the YES/NO options for "Former/Latter" or "Home comforts/No Frills", as you're asking people to pick between two separate options.

Hi everyone, I have been absent for a short while due to my legs swelling the size of an elephant!!! I wonder if its to do with the fact that I had to get my dissertation in???? Stress can do strange things to your body....
