Access to nursing information?

Hey guys I am currently doing an access to nursing course at college, I was wondering as one of my units is 'study skills' if universities actually need them? or are they just mandatory to prepare you for basic skills for uni?

Well, if it's a mandatory part of your course, you're going to have to do it! Otherwise you won't get the qualification at the end! :tongue:

Universities don't require any formal study of "study skills" for entrance, so your course directors are likely just trying to teach to study well - for the benefit of your learning.
