Am I wrong? Do I get the marks? Why is it separated on each line? It makes no sense? The first three instructions are on the same line, there after, each instruction is on a different line and I'm not sure why?

They've only put it on separate lines so the examiner can see where they are able to award the marks, but because you've got exactly the same answers just in a more compact form you should get all the marks for that, at least I can't see why you wouldn't.
