Concentration question

25.0cm3 of potassium carbonate is neutralised by 23.7cm3 of hydrochloric acid of 0.120M. Find the concentration of potassium carbonate.

equation:
K2CO3 + 2HCl --> 2KCl + H2O + CO2

Here is the problem:

Do I go ahead and calculate the number of moles of HCl as:

(23.7 x 0.120)/1000

Or do I do:

M = mol/dm3
0.120 = mol / 0.0237

Any assistance is greatly appreciated, thank you.

Both give the same answer, so use the way you're most confident with.

I use n=vc/1000 myself as it's what I've been taught.
