Private accommodation liberty court/queen's hospital close/cadnam hall

Can anyone give me some insight into these halls for a UoB student? I think Cadnam hall is new for 2014/15 but the company has another halls called Duncan-Smith House... do any freshers actually stay there?

Yes, you are correct about Cadnam Hall. It is new for this year and it looks really nice!
It is very rare that freshers stay at Duncan-Smith Hall however. Personally, I havent heard of any freshers who stays there!
I know freshers who stay at Liberty Court though. I've heard its a nice private accomodation but can take up to 40 mintues to walk to campus. The good thing is that ive heard theres a free bus service which runs from the accomodation to campus in the mornings and afternoon/evenings after lectures!
