Hi
i have been waiting some time to get a decision on my PLA and Childcare grant application, can you tell me if it has been processed yet ?

Also I'm concerned that although my other finance has been agreed online it says 'no payments have been scheduled' ?

Hi there,

We do not have access to specific accounts. You should call an advisor for an update on your PLA and Childcare. It can take 3 - 4 weeks to process evidence.

With regards to your payments , have you returned your declaration?

If you are in first year, your payments will not schedule until your national insurance number is validated.
