My next door neighbour has a gardener who is FIT. I see him like every two weeks cutting the grass or whatever.
He always smiles at me and he's winked at me a few times lol.
So should I go and speak to him, offer him a brewwww? Lol I don't know, he might think I'm a bit strange.
He's really goodlooking, looks around my age and I wanna talk to him lol.

Woah, hormones! I find quite a few builders, gardeners, plumbers are like that- maybe he's just flirting casually or he's bored and trying to be friendly. You could try and see whether he's interested in you though
