Yes, these are great subjects to have for law as they are all - as the Russell Group call them - "facilitating subjects", meaning they cover a broad variety of skills and are respected A Levels. For law they like a good variety of strong subjects, so this looks great to me 
French especially will look good as you will have another language (they love that)
Only thing - don't you have to do normal maths to be able to do further maths? Just something you should check if you haven't already as that could be problematic, normal maths would probably be better (plus further maths if you want, but that would mean more work)
