Ocr 21st Century

hello there,

i have been revising and looking over ocr twenty first century science however i remember learning about phagocytes lymphocytes and hypothalamus and defences against the body against microorganisms however these are not in the spec the teacher taught us but i remember it came up in a past paper question. Do we need to know these it is not it the big ocr book or the core ocr 21st science revision guide by cgp. Im not sure if i should know these or not however it is in a double science book revision guide but this contain other stuff such as palisades.. which are completely off topic so what do i do?
