Good, well always remember to think to the future. The decisions you make now, good or bad will dictate the success you have in later life! So make the right choices now, and keep reminding yourself of it and you'll be able to tackle anything that comes your way.
Just get this unfortunate situation sorted out, then onwards and upwards.

Still want to know about
how big the impact will it be if get a 2:1 degree from low ranking uni on my PG application
Or It is your UG results they want most.
Didn't know it was possible to get a third. It's a waste of £30000. How exactly did you messy it all up without mitigating circumstance? My advice would be to transfer or start again somewhere new.

did ask any possible ways, its too late for suspending my study.

My first year grade wasnt good enough for transferring to a better uni. I can still try to apply some lower ranking uni.

May I ask how big the impact will it be if get a 2:1 degree from low ranking uni on my PG application
Or It is your UG results they want most.

Sorry, I'm not able to answer that with full confidence. If I remember correctly, a 2:1 is the most important thing. It might be worth using the TSR thread search function at the top for a better answer.
