This pain happen when I get erection and try to masturbate, but stop before ejaculation and doing this several times

and feel this kind of pain when Finally ejaculate

Is this normal ????
When you do this - and it can be very enjoyable to delay ejaculating - do you ejaculate more semen or further than usual? If so, it's the sudden expansion of your urethra, beyond what's usual.

The alternative is that you're pressing too hard on your urethra when you ejaculate and, again, there's more force involved.
