Hi there,
We need people to fill some rooms in our house as some people are moving out soon. There will be one room available from June, one in August and one in September.
The rooms that are available are all double rooms and there is one single room as well. All double rooms are only £45 per week.
The house is located on Edmund Road, near the Bramell Lane football stadium and is only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

Below I have posted the advert written by the landlord. Currently he is only advertising the 1 room, but has been giving viewings of the other rooms and is in the process of rewriting the advert.
