Read a few posts above...the poll was created last August.

Just goes to show how times change. Drogba wasn't even considered back then but will now be one of the favourites to win it next season.

this is true. he's been linked to liverpool and arsenal. liverpool haven't had a prolific goal scorer since fowler. if they had someone to get 25 goals plus then they'd be in contention for the title cos they're strong everywhere else. eto'o could do it for them. the strikers get good delivery there.

to be honest it's not what i'd call prolific. i like owen but the hype he gets, you'd think he was scoring like henry or more recently, drogba.

Another dry patch for Rooney, Shevchenko will have problems 'settling in' again, and Berbatov's chances will be hampered by a relatively weak Spurs team (in comparison to Berbatov, that is.)
