How to stop big red spots on my face?
I always seem to get one big red spot on my face. One will appear and get really red and big so I put some cream on it and after a few days it finally start to go, but then another one will appear at the same time the old one is just starting to go.
The result is I always seem to have one big red spot somewhere on my face.
I was my face every morning and I am a guy so I don't want to moisturize or anything like that.
Basically I'd just like to know if anyone know how to quickly get rid of big red spots and how to stop them keep coming back?

What cream do you use?
Don't laugh, but I use white toothpaste and it genuinely helps! 
Nothing wrong with using toothpaste, it is antibacterial. How does being a guy make it unacceptable to moisturize?
