Chinese fur farms

Saw this video on Facebook on Chinese fur farms. I'm warning you in advance it's a bit disturbing

What are people's thoughts on this? I feel bad for the animals but on the other hand they need to make living somehow right?

Since when does making a living justify barbaric cruelty? Perhaps if more people there made a living in civilised ways then China might be a nice country instead of a third world hellhole.

No surprise really. They don't seem to care much about the suffering of human beings, let alone animals.

Farming animals for fur is perhaps defensible on some level, but the unnecessarily inhumane treatment of them is not.

What's even worse is the similar needlessly barbaric farming and killing of animals for 'medicine' which doesn't even work. It's all just a load of superstitious hocus pocus nonsense. Utterly ridiculous.
