Help with economic duress?
“The current law on economic duress is a mess. It is unclear what pressure and how much pressure is required.”
Any help with this question? I have wrote about the problem with distinguishing between what is regarded as illegitimate pressure and what is not, but now i'm stuck. Any advice would be cool i need to write up another 1000 words so if anyone could point out areas of economic duress which are problematic and need to be cleared up i would be grateful. I would also appreciate if anyone could tell me how i would address the second part of the question when it asks about how much pressure should be applied.
