How tough is getting a Job in UK? For a Beginner Quant?

UK has great universities to study! But what about getting a job after completing graduation? For international students?
Coz I came to know that it's very tough for an international student to get a work visa after completing graduation!
Is there any team which helps a student to get a job? And a work visa? Like US universities?

Big 4 do give work permit for international students. check out in google. deloitte, Pwc, KPMG and so on.
