Darn it I got the last one wrong, I knew I should have stuck with the "what would a bat**** crazy feminist think" mentality!

Though it's sort of a backhanded compliment coming from the sort of feminist who would actually follow such a train of thought, because it says the man must have said things to trick her, so they admit the male can outsmart the female.

The 'forces herself' implied a lack of consent, so I thought it was.

Depends how you interpret it I guess.

By law, only a man can commit rape:

http://humanrights.ie/criminal-justice/the-law-of-rape-in-the-uk-and-ireland/

that's what I was going by on the quiz.

I personally see it as wrong, but I didn't think the quiz was asking for personal opinion?

Oh dear, looks like SOMEONE wasn't sharp enough to realise it's a FAKE TEST! Oh well, it does take a pretty smart cookie to figure that out!
A woman is not capable of raping a man, and the man should know better.

So if a woman spikes a man's drink and he becomes unconcious, then proceeds to tie him to a chair so he can't move and then feeds forcefully feeds him viagra and takes off his trousers and keep riding him.

It's not rape in the eyes of the law?

wtf

Which one did you get 'right'? :curious:

The woman forcing herself onto a man isn't rape, as you need a penis to rape.

I didn't write the law... but no.

I think that's a very extreme case though?

Read the article - it tells all .

In the US I believe rape can be committed by a woman too.

But if you're taking the UK definition of rape then you're obviously correct.

Perhaps it is sexual assault or something of the like.

Is the US law just woman-minor?

I was just thinking of UK law :h:.

It's classed under 'aggravated sexual assault'.

In law a woman can not rape a man, it's not about interpretation.

I see.

If a woman intentionally penetrated the anus of a man with an object (or vice versa) would this then be classed as 'assault by penetration'? Why is there a distinction made between this and the offence of rape?

This website has to be troll made.

Maybe a troll but just reminds me of trick questions and brain teasers when you are a kid (obvs not about rape though)

I have no idea, I'm afraid. I'm no lawyer - I hope that post of mine that you quoted was accurate, I think it is.

"1-(1) A person (A) commits an offence if—
(a) he intentionally penetrates the vagina, anus or mouth of another person (B) with his penis,
(b) B does not consent to the penetration, and
(c) A does not reasonably believe that B consents.
(2) Whether a belief is reasonable is to be determined having regard to all the circumstances, including any steps A has taken to ascertain whether B consents.
(3) Sections 75 and 76 apply to an offence under this section.
(4) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable, on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for life."

lol, there is absolutely no way that answering according to UK law gives you 4/4 on that test. You can still consent to sex when you're drunk.

That's from S.1 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, s.2 is the part I was referring to. S.1 means that a woman can't commit rape (as you stated), but s.2 appears to show that women can commit 'assault by penetration'.
