2nd year entry to LSE

Hello. I want to start the University of London international programme (BSc Business and Management) in 2014. I want transfer into LSE from the second year onwards. Please give me a thorough guidance on how I have to go about to get into LSE for second year entry in Sept 2015.
When is the first year exam for the international programme? How many exams are there in total in the first year? When should I apply to LSE? I read in a thread that UoL exams are in May: in that case the UCAS application deadline for LSE would have already been over....how can and when should I apply??
