Condition offer confusion

My offer says "A minimum of 280 UCAS Tariff points from at least 2 GCE A levels or AVCEs "

Does this mean I HAVE to get two A*'s?
Or does it just mean that if I only have two A-levels then they must be A* but if I have three I would only need to get BBC?

Also does this mean I can include an AS tariff points I have?

Thank you in advance
Hi kezunderhill,

This means that you could get 2 A*'s and get accepted, of you could attain a mix of three A-Levels to make up 280 points and still get accepted.

You could get 2 B's (200 UCAS points) and make up the rest with, for example, a BTEC or a Baccalaureate.

I hope this makes sense, if you have any other questions, let me know.

Kind regards

Robert

Thank you Robert that was really helpful,
I already have an AS, grade B and am working towards another AS alongside my 3 main Alevels,

Are these tariff points included to count towards the 280?

Keziah
Hi Kezunderhill,

Yes, so long as you have at least 2 full A-Levels.

Kind regards

Robert
