First year requirements?

So its exam season and I think I'll have failed 2 of my modules (due to reasons that I'm sure don't quite qualify for extenuating circumstances but have affected my ability to revise). I heard you only need 100/120 credits to pass first year, so does that mean you can get through to second without having to resit that failed module? And if you were to fail 2 you would be able to get away with only resitting one of them?

And say you were to progress to second year with only 100 credits rather than 120 would that affect your future degree classification at all? As in would you be below the requirements for a first, etc?

Sorry I just have no idea how this works, thankyou so much in advance!

Can someone please answer? If i fail one of my 20 credit modules, therefore getting 100/120 credits, can i pass first year and progress without taking any resits? Thanks!

P.S. fail by a small percentage e.g. 5%

Hey! I realise this is a year too late, but I'm currently in a position where I had 5 resits in August and I'm pretty sure I failed one of them, can you please let me know what happened to you in the end?
