About entry requirements for oversea

Hello everyone,

Im considering submit an application to a medical school (A100) in UK. However, im an oversea (Brazil) and i dont understand some entry requirements of Universities.

For example the Hull York Medical School requires:
"a degree class of 2:1 or higher, plus already have at least grades ABB at the first sitting of your A-levels"

Im already graduate in Dentistry and have the upper second class honours degree or higher. About this A-level i think dont exist equivalency to my "Midle education", so i should do the A-level exam right?
My question is i can do this exam even been a oversea or they requires mandatorily be an student of Secundary School (or equivalent). Have any age restrictions or not (I have 25)? If i cant do this exam have any other i can do to replace the A-level?

Thank you so much.
