Please help with extenuating circumstances!!
I missed my exam as I was bed-ridden on account of various symptoms of sickness. and need to fill in a form explaining how my illness impacted my studies , therefore missing the exam. I do have a doctors note.
I have suffered from nausea/bowel problems /insomnia/fever/loss of appetite/dizziness, stomach aches,cramping, Vomiting and diarrhea
How should I write how the the illness affected my studies ?
Can someone help me in how to write it ? Thanks
