it's quite annoying how people under 16 struggle to find a job, in order to get at least a little bit of money. I'm 14 and i am constantly looking for a job, but get no where. I think it's stupid how employers suddenly think teenagers around 13-15 won't be sensible and be mature etc etc, without giving them a chance and actually being interested with what young teenagers can actually do well. I think situations like this need to be taken into consideration as it would benefit a lot of young teenagers by many ways. For example; it would educate us more for later life when it comes to jobs, also gives you the skill of being responsible by being in charge of a certain job. I think it's fascinating how employers don't give young teenagers a chance and only think 16+ aged people can do the job 'correctly'. It's not fair and should really be thought about instead of keeping it like this.
