What happens if you mess up the dates of events in History?

Do you get marked down if you put the wrong date in a question/the event is the wrong way around? I made the right point, but I was just a few years out, I said something was in 1873 but I meant 1876. And then another instance I said that the Mormons started in Nauvoo where the banks collapses, the point was right, but it was New York.

My teacher said they don't mark negatively if you know what your talking about they will still reward you with marks, I'm not sure if that answers your question but hope that helps :smile: I wouldn't worry just do your best in paper 2. Good luck for all your exams :smile:
