Electric Scooter in Beijing

Hello, I am wanting to sell my electric bike in Beijing between Mid June-Mid July before i leave.　
I bought it first hand for 2300yuan, still in a good condition and its been used for one semester. I am hoping to sell it for 1400kuai (around 140pounds) For those of you who will be studying or doing work placements in Beijing, its a good investment for getting to places. Advantages include skipping traffic, easy parking, not too noisy when cruising, electric powered, no licence needed, lasts around 60km (over an hour's travel), max speed 48km/h. Steering wheel has a theft lock as well as an alarm lock. Lights, horn, stand all working. Includes auto-lock and acceleration key, normal key, mirrors, two large batteries, charger.
