Economics in UK

Hey guys! A question for grad/undergrad studyin' Econ in UK.
1) How hard is it to enter Oxbridge and LSE? Are you satisfied? all these classical questions...
2) My uncle graduated and got his PhD at Warwick and he told me it's awesome, but it was 20 years ago  Do you agree?
Thank you all for your time
Bye

1) pretty difficult. you need the best grades out there to stand a chance.
2) yes warwick is top 5 for econ every year
My friend applied to LSE and I applied to UCL and we both got offers even though our grades werent impressive. Personal statements and references are key to getting offers.
Warwick is one of the best economics departments in the country, so you'll receive a world class education there.
