Puffy nipples, I'm a guy
So I'm a 19 year old guy, and my nipples are puffy and it's embarrassing. I can't wear any kind of fitted t-shirts because you can see them and it looks like I'm about to lactate. They're kind of like those little cones you use for sports, but instead of being on a football pitch they're pertruding from my chest.
I'm average weight for height and age. I heard chest exercises can minimize this but frankly I don't want to risk making them bigger
Any advice for this? I sound like I'm joking, but I really don't want to be a guy wearing a t-shirt the whole summer...
