It is a scam even if you are a previous gym member they shouldn't force you to pay full amount it's not fair.

Either you're trolling or you need a kick up the arse and taught a lesson about the real world.

Do you work for them? They are pathetic.

Why not? You agreed to it.

They shouldn't do that especially that they know my account is almost on 0.

Pathetic or not they're costing you more money by the day and are going to ruin your credit rating if you don't get this resolved.

Do you understand that?

You agreed to the terms when you signed up. The fact you have no money is nothing to do with them. Deal with it and pay your bills like everyone else has to.

Do you work for LA fitness or are you connected to them? I'm not paying thy should not charge you if they know your bank is almost empty.

Pathetic they are I have NO MONEY NO MONEY in my account so with what shall I pay them? Tell me with what?! I have no money, they shouldn't force me to pay when my balance is very very low reaching 0 and I have prove of my account being extremely low.

Well it's your own fault for being irresponsible with money to an extent. You signed up naively to their terms and conditions (i bet you either didn't read them or thought you could get away with it because "it's not fair") and you're now seeing the results of paying for something you didn't need and couldn't afford in the end.

Take it on the chin, sell some stuff to pay for it, and take it as a one of life's lessons. It'll serve you well in the future.

Nope. Grow up and take responsibility for your actions.

Haha what? My bank account is minus 2k and I still pay my debts. What are you on about?
They take people's houses when they have children and you don't think they should chase you for money you owe them?

What planet are you living on??!?

You seem to be jumping to their defence too much. In their contract they state they shouldn't charge you if you have money problems, this was also said to me verbally.
