study leave sleep and work
how much sleep do you get during study leave and what time do you go to bed and wake up?
In addition , how many hours do you do each day? mostly in morning,afternoon,evening?

I normally go to bed at 11pm and wake up at 7am. However during study leave I've been going to bed at 10pm and waking up at 7am. An extra hours sleep makes quite a bit of difference. It works for me 
so how much work do you do during the day?
