Leaving £570 savings per month, this job is a placement until February so I'll have saved around £4500 by the end (hopefully!)

I agree... sounds a little bit fishy to be earning that much off an 'investment' per month... unless you were born loaded.

Loan (What people owe me): <£125 - They pay me at random times but this is the overall total (Does that make sense?)

Rest assured, I try my best to be a good landlord and so far my tenants are pleased with the level of service and value. Latest tenant was very pleased that he could get a larger room and save £50 / month on rent at the same time.
