After Caffeine Extraction...

Hi everyone, so for my chemistry project I'm thinking of extracting caffeine from energy drinks. I've devised an appropriate method to extract the caffeine, but I have no idea how I can remove impurities from the extracted caffeine.

I've searched online and they all suggest methods such as sublimation and using UV-spectroscopy, which are impossible for me given limited apparatus in my school laboratory. Would dissolving and diluting the collected caffeine in a volumetric flask, and titrating this against hydrochloric acid until it reaches an end-point work (and then I'll calculate the number of moles and concentration of pure caffeine)?

Thanks in advance!
