How to get Scholarship?????

I'm at my A2-Level,and hoping to get a scholarship.But Don't know how to apply for a Scholarship or when to apply for it. I'm from Bangladesh hoping to get the scholarship from any university of USA.If anyone can help me please suggest me what to do, I will appreciate your assistance.............

There are basically two options. Either you have a really awesome profile and apply for a college you are overqualified for, or you apply to one of the colleges that meets full demonstrated need: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Need-blind_admission

Need-blind is almost nonsense. When you submit your application, they can see that your address is international.

Remember, universities in the U.S. want international students because they can pay money. They're going to be hesitant with giving scholarships.
