please estimate my bf%

Just beginning to start lifting. I was told that if im over 15% bf then I should continue to lose weight.

I'm not the best at estimating body fat but you look closer to 20% than 15, I can't see any ab definition. If I were in your position I would continue loosing weight until you get to your ideal body fat eg 10% then lean bulk back to 15% and cut again. You wont gain strength as fast but you'll look good the whole year.

He asked for an estimate, not an informed estimate. If it's nearly 20 then it's nearly 30, so chill.
