Writer's Block

So almost every write - scratch that; every writer get it - gets writer's block at some point or another.

There are many free tips online that detail methods to help writers crack this problem, but very few work for me, I find.

Do you have any methods that have really helped you?

take a break, write down whatever you're thinking at that moment, imagine a favourite childhood story and rewrite it as if they're all drug addicts/rapists etc, eventually something will come from it :|
