Edexcel FP2/FP3 New Specification

I would like to ask from what year does the new specification start so I know which year to start past papers from please!As I noticed in a few FP1 papers, there were polar coordinates whereas in the books by keith pledger, polar coordinates are covered in fp2 instead.Also, for the new specification, are all the past papers for Fp2 and Fp3 in June of every year? (on mathspapers.co.uk this is the case)As the fp2 paper for february 2010 (http://www.edexcel.com/migrationdocuments/QP%20GCE%20Curriculum%202000/GCE%20January%202010%20-%20QP/6675_01_que_20100203.pdf)has questions which I have not covered in my fp2 book (keith pledger). I can't ask my teachers this question as I am not at school anymore and am self teaching, so it would be very beneficial to know!Thanks very much!
FP2 and FP3 papers are only available in June.

As for the specification - I'm positive that the papers for the new spec were available from 2009 onwards. You may also find practice papers helpful. I will upload FP1 exam pack tomorrow as I am not on my PC atm.
