Access course: offer changed to Unconditional, does that mean I'm in?

I applied to an Access course at a college through their website,had an interview last Wednesday, where they said since my first language is not English, I have to take a test which I did on Friday.
Basically they said if I passed the test,then I'm in. And that they will let me know in the next couple of weeks.
I haven't got any e-mail or whatsoever yet, but now that I've logged into the website, next to my application it says "Unconditional Offer Accepted".
Does it mean I'm in? But they haven't sent an e-mail yet? :s-smilie:

Without some kind of comfirmation, I just don't dare to be happy about it yet... :s-smilie:
