Accommodation for 2014/15

There are two large, furnished double bedrooms available in an 8 bed house on eaton crescent. Very good location between the University campus and the city centre but also close to local shops, pubs and takeaways. The rent is £70 per week excluding bills (but still cheaper than halls). There will be a security deposit to be paid of £275 but £325 will be received back at the end of the tenancy. There is a communal kitchen, living room area and garden featuring a bbq and parking is also available at the rear. Would be living with three boys and three girls in their second year. The contract begins on the 1st of July 2014 and is a 12 month contract.

Just to add to the above - Eaton Crescent is a nice area, not too many students around so it's a bit quieter but it's also still in the middle of all the action, if you get what I mean :smile:
