My SF account says "Payments scheduled" does that mean my application is complete?

A month ago I sent in my online declaration form but then was told it got lost, so over a week ago I sent in a new one. My correspondence doesn't say they've received it but the homepage says there is payments scheduled, so does that mean they've received it now I just wait?

when you expand it

it says We have everything we need from you at this time. We'll contact you if we need anything further.

so seems like we don't need to do anything else
