Funding EU students

Hi, I have few questions connected with funding in 2014/2015. What is the deadline for EU students? And I'm curious what happens in case I will resign from the course before it starts? The last question is: if I do not meet conditions of my firm choice (which is University in England) then do I have to make a new application for funding while my insurance choice is University in Wales?

You apply to SFE for a course in England. If you don't meet the conditions for that, you then need to apply under SFW for a course in Wales.

If you don't go to the university, you need to cancel your application.

Deadline for funding is 9 months after the start date of a course.
