Resit marks?

I have to resit a maths (Maths for Science and Engineering) exam in august, i was wondering if i achieve 100% on that will my grade for that change to 100% on myed & my university transcript?

It probably will change, but the sit number will also change to your second sitting, with your first sitting marks still on it.
