K and Kc

What factis effect the value of Kc and K in the rate equation?

Kc is typically used to denote equilibrium constant, it has nothing to do with the reaction rate.

the equilibrium constant, K, is the ratio of the forward and reverse rate constants

EDIT: (snap with Borek) as he says, you can't say anything about forward rate constant from knowing K (as it also depends on the reverse rate constant)
