Gcse science isa

Hi, I've recently done all three of my ISA's and it wasn't until the last question on the last one that I realised I wasn't allowed to write outside the box. It mentioned this on the top right hand side of the test, however, i was really silly and I just didn't see it. I was wondering if this would affect my mark.
P.S I sort of wrote half inside the box and half outside the box so my answers won't make any sense unless you read the stuff outside the box aswell. Thanks
