Should we put body confidence and self-esteem on the national curriculum?

I personally don't think it'd make much difference to be honest, but hey :dontknow:

yes
seems like something parents should be teaching tbh
Yes, why not. While we're at it, let's also include lessons on breathing, how to get a girlfriend and why you shouldn't feed bread to ducks.

For ****s sake. Would it hurt people to take some responsibility for themselves?

What a stupid idea..
How can you teach body confidence?

Either you are confident about it or you are not. If you are not, then, you must do something about it.

Confidence comes from overcoming challenges and doing what you say you are going to do. A fat person might be unhappy today, but after a few months of working hard on their diet and exercise regime, then their happiness will grow and grow -- in terms of their body image anyway.

Teaching people to be happy with unhappy and unhealthy situations is a bad idea.

Remember, the pleasure of eating a chocolate bar last for seconds. The pleasure of not eating a chocolate bar lasts for decades.

Feeding bread to ducks is unhealthy for them. It causes malnutrition apparently.
