Edexcel maths linear, what is the highest mark ever been for a A*?

Well I get about 79-82 on one paper. What grade is this and how high do the grade boundaries go?

79-82 should be a high A maybe a low A* if the grade boundaries are really really low.
The highest i have ever seen was 86/88 for A* but that was on the old mathematics A 1387

The lowest I saw was 157 for A* out of 200 which is like 78/79 on each paper but usually its between 82-85. Good luck in your exam as you only will need a few more marks for that A*
Do you have any tips to achieving 79+? I'm always getting 70- and really want a solid A in maths this year :frown:
