Have house, need 4 people!

Hello,

my group of people that was to rent a house together have split up, and we need 4 people to take over our house contract for the study year of 2014 to 2015.

As a freshers you probably want to live in halls, but last year not everybody got a place in halls, and you don't know who you'll end up with. So if you are a group of friends that want to get a house together, or if you just want to have a chance of getting some sleep at night once in a while, then please contact me as I will try to put people together.

THE HOUSE: 4 bedroom house with double beds, laminated or tiled flooring throughout (easier to clean up any spills). Backyard. Washer, Dryer and DISHWASHER in the house!
Good location, close (less than 5 min. walk) to Lidl, Cathays campus and Cathays trainstation, but in a quiet side street.
