Off-Campus Accommodation 2014-2015

Welcome welcome,

There is a spare room available for off-campus accommodation that begins on the 15th of September 2014. Currently the flat has 3 girls and 2 boys that will be staying and you could be the last member of their group!

The ground floor flat is located opposite Sainsbury's in the city centre on Phoenix street. The complex has a main courtyard that can only be gained access to with the security code, providing you with extra security! It also has great transport links as it is only a minute away from the bus station, so travelling to university will not be difficult. There are televisions in every room with TV license included. Spacious kitchen, dining room and lounge area to socialise. The apartment has 2 bathrooms and all appliances are modern/up to date!

The rent is £96 per week (all inclusive) for 50 weeks, which is roughly the same price as standard accommodation at Lancaster university, but with more up to date utensils.

If you wish to learn more about the complex or the people you would be staying with, please contact me via this thread or feel free to call Claire on 07837 973 134. Claire is the lead tenant and has direct communication with the landlord if you wish to view the property before hand!

I've attached a link to some images from another flat within the same apartment complex. (I tried to get the images for this specific flat, but the landlord only has these as generic images for the complex.)

I'm currently advertising a room in Lancaster at £94 per week, including all bills. Here's a link to information and photos of the property, the room being advertised is the one included in the photos:

The property is 4 bed and the three housemates in there already are all second year undergrads and are all outgoing, friendly and clean. Please get in touch if you are interested in the property

I'm looking for someone to replace me in a house for 2014-2015. Its a big room with a double bed and you would be sharing with two lovely girls both going into their 2nd year. Rent is 90pounds per week, bills included. PM me for more details.
Hi, I'm not sure if it's okay to post here, I'm new and so please forgive me if this is not the right place.

Hi, I am a clean, quiet mature student at Lancaster University. I'm in my final write-up year for my PhD in fashion and television, and tend to work from home.

I am looking for a double room starting in the autumn. I am currently living near the rail station and quite like the area, but open to various places. I would prefer a larger room, as I do spend most of my time working at home, but this is not absolutely necessary. I would really like to be somewhere clean, if possible.

I am hearing impaired and have a small assistance dog, he is very quiet and very clean, and absurdly well-mannered. He is 10 years old, never had an accident in the house, and spends most of his time sleeping. I can provide references from my current landlord if needed.

Ideally, I don't want to be in a very busy house, maybe just share with one or two people, but I will consider anything that is available. Primarily just looking for a friendly, clean house and no added stress to my work.

Thanks

sunday

Hi,
I'm starting my postgrad in Medical Biotechnology and Leadership at Lancaster Uni this September and am looking for a flat to share, ideally with another postgrad or two. I'm easy going and I keep pretty clean, so anyone interested, please let me know.

Hi, David,

If you need someone to buddy up with to find a place let me know, I've got a small hearing dog though so it makes a little harder to find a place. Let me know if you're interested!

Hi Sunday - so sorry, I didn't see your earlier post, or I would've replied to it! Yeah, I'm looking to buddy up for a flat, but there's a tiny chance my first choice may reconsider (I'd say a minute chance, but it's possible). I should know within a few days. In the meantime, I'd suggest we communicate by email; my email's [email protected]. Just write me a mail and I'd say we go from there!

Lookin' forward to hearing from you

Hey,
We have a spare room in an 8 bedroom house (near Sugar and Sainsburys) we are 6 2nd years and 1 first year, 3 girls and four boys. The rent is either £87 or £97 a week and includes everything (I've forgotten, will email exact details for anyone who is interested). It's with LUSU Living and is a lovely house, all rooms have double beds and stuff so let me know if you're interested!
