That's not really what a 'pretty boy' is though.

Titanic Leonardo Di Caprio (the best example of a pretty boy) would hardly look any less pretty even if he never spent any time in front of the mirror.
He'd have a 'pretty' face regardless.

In the same way, Hugh Jackman could spend two hours getting ready every morning and he still wouldn't look like a pretty boy.

I understand what you mean though.
Would you say he was a pretty boy?
Sounds a bit like jealosy to me.
