Inconsistent Module Grades - anyone else the same?

There's been a lot of discussion about people getting straight As (well done to them), I am not one of those people :wink:

I have also noticed that my module grades are woefully inconsistent (see below), anyone else the same?

Business - AAB, AAC (OK that's consistent I grant you)
Sociology - AAU, ACC (See what I mean?!)
Computing - ABC, UCA ( :rofl:

)

Just curious to see if anyone else is getting As and Us in their modules like me! I got ABB overall though, still very happy!

see all the other thread on this, but I got.

Politics: AAA, A(100%)CC
English: AAA, A C(resit mark low D) B(high)
Classics: AAA, ACA
Philiosophy AS: AAA

mine are not as bad as others, but the UMS are all high As and then really low C,Ds

i'm getting a re-marks. The only one which was at my target was philosophy AS.

My Psych's the only one, it goes:

A - 100%
A - 97%
C - 67%

in design i got one module 100% the coursework at 90 odd and then a mere 26 in the third module - a U.

I suggest getting strangely low results remarked. I know someone who was predicted an A and got a D in one module. He had it remarked and got 88/90.

I got some random mixes - politics was all As and then a C in the synoptic and in history I got full marks in the exam and then a C in my coursework. It's weird but hey, I'm still happy to get my results

In French I got AAA ACA, which was just strange.

I would get it remarked, but since the overall grade can't go up...meh.

I have no idea how I made my offer considering my results from June were pretty mediocre - AABCCCCU

English Lit: AAE

OCR History (AS) - D (Nazi Germany Document), A (Peel essay), D (Nazi Germany essay)

There have been very poor (suspiciously so - Ds aren't common at my school, especially in such abundance) module marks throughout our year group for the two Nazi papers. It seems that OCR needs to pull its socks up (read this article from today's Times). Now those are inconsistent module marks!

A - 98/100
A - 96/100

A - 94/100
B - 76/100
D - 56/100

AA overall! How did i get the D :frown:

Well in general studies-i know it doesn't count-I got
AAA, BDE
Its a B overall so i don't really care but quite comical.

Maths was a bit odd too. I got AAA for AS then BBC for A2-again quite strange but an A overall so I'm not complaining!

Edexcel Biology modules: AAAADB.
The B was for the synoptic paper was expected, but I don't know where the D for Unit 5 came from, especially since I A'ced the first 4 modules!
Tbh I don't mind that much since I still got into my firm choice uni :cool:
